There are already several great ideas on our Facebook page where a reader was asking for ideas for meatless meals that also didn’t contain fish.
If you have ideas that you can type up or link to a favorite recipe, make sure to visit the meatless, non-fish meal idea post on our Facebook page. You should be able to read it, even if you don’t “like” our page, but to post, you’ll need to click the “like” button to join the page.
I will try to post some of the ideas directly to the blog later.

Donna Klien’s SuperMarket Vegan cookbook would be AWESOME for Lent. I gave up Facebook for Lent so I can’t share there but there are a couple of our favorite meatless soups. http://sanctussimplicitus.weebly.com/fast-and-abstinence-recipes.html

Hi Angie – I thought your readers might like to know about “40 for 12,” a meatless menu plan I’m creating for large families. Every week I post a seven-day menu plan and shopping list, and every day I post the actual recipe for that day’s meal. The recipes, all of which serve 12 (more or less), are easy and kid-pleasing. Hope you’ll check out 40 for 12 at http://celestebehe.blogspot.com/ !
